Who are the designers?
Our team of designers are mostly in their mid 30s and early 40s. Despite their young ages, all of them come with extensive art history background and have studied in either art or interior design throughout their careers. ZenspiredHome has been working with them for more than 6 years prior to the launching of ZenspiredHome.com. Some of the artworks have been featured in major interior design magazines.

What are the materials used in your artwork?
Materials consist of sandstone, iron cast, marble, and resin. The designers harmonize these materials to create artwork that fits in your modern life and passion for art and history.

Have these products passed safety standard?
All of the products are rigorously inspected by the state safety regulation body to ensure the highest safety standard. In addition, many of the products have received numerous awards for design and safety excellence.

Do you offer special orders or custom work?
Yes. Our designers are happy to alter the dimensions or colors of the artwork we offer. Depending upon the modification, this may change the price of the item. Please contact Customer Care for assistance with special orders.

We can also help you commission custom works made especially for you. If you’re interested in a custom piece, we suggest you browse our site for items of a similar style, or provide a picture that contains the style you like. Once you have an idea of the specific design elements you want, as well as the cost of similar items, please contact our Custom Design Center to submit a project proposal. Our designers will provide concepts build based on your specification requirements, and submit for your approval, along with associated costs. Upon your approval, our manufacturer will fabricate these concepts into wonderful piece of arts that fits your needs.

How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple! Just click add to cart and follow the instruction to checkout page.

When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card is charged at the time your order is placed. All of our art works are produced to fulfill your order.

Can I place an order from an international address?
We are able to accept orders from international locations, as long as payment is drawn upon a credit card based at a U.S. bank. We will also accept certified bank check and money order for order from outside of the U.S. and Canada.

Why are orders shipping to New York addresses taxed?
SilverVenus Inc, the company that presents ZenspiredHome.com, is based in New York. According to state and federal tax rules, we are required to charge sales tax on any item shipped to a New York address.

Is shipping different for residents of Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes. Since all purchases shipping to Alaska and Hawaii must ship via air service, additional charges apply. After you place your order, our Customer Care department will calculate the shipping charges, add them to your order, and charge your credit card accordingly.

When will my artwork ship?
We are committed to provide our customer fast and cost efficient services. For products that are available in the New York warehouse, order will be shipped out with in 2 business days of confirmed payment. For products not available in the New York warehouse, please refer to out of stock order instruction in shipping and returns section.

After placing your order, you will receive an email notify your order has been received. Once your order is shipped from our New York warehouse, you will receive another email that includes the shipper’s tracking information.

What is your return policy?
Items purchased through ZenspiredHome.com, with the exception of customized orders, may be returned within 7 days of receipt. For details of our return policy, and simple steps of processing returning items, please refer to return policy section in the shipping and returns.

How do I return an item?
Here is the simple process for returning an item:

1. Contact our Customer Care team by emailing us at Returns@Zenspiredhome.com to obtain return instructions.
2. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. We will send you return address label via email or regular mail.
3. Repack the product in its original packaging materials. You are responsible for merchandise damaged in return transit. If you are returning an item because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, ZenspiredHome will pay the return-shipping costs.
4. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of receiving your return, providing it arrives safely. You will be credited for the price of the artwork minus shipping costs. ZenspiredHome does not give credit for shipping and handling costs. We cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered, or worn. We will notify you of the status of your return by email if you provided an email address at the time you placed your order.
5. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned merchandises.

How do I exchange an item?
For any reasons that you wish to exchange for a different merchandise or store credit, same process from returning an item applies, except there is no restocking fee.
